Terms of service

Ellyonsoft designs, builds and supports software for businesses, and works with dealerships and other companies through its own customer relationship platform. What we deliver to a customer, and its price, is set out in that customer's proposal or agreement.

Our platform (app.ellyonsoft.com) is for people we give access to: our team and anyone we invite. Keep your sign-in to yourself, use it only for the work we gave you access for, and tell us at hellow@ellyonsoft.com if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend access that's misused.

When you write to us on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, a member of our team replies, and the conversation is kept in our platform so we can follow up (see our Privacy policy). You can stop at any time by not replying, or by asking us not to contact you; we'll respect it. Your use of those apps is also governed by Meta's and WhatsApp's own terms.

Team members who connect their WhatsApp Business number to our platform must follow WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy, message only people who contacted them or agreed to be contacted, and not send spam.

Don't use our website, booking pages or platform to:

• break the law or anyone's rights, or send unsolicited or misleading messages;
• try to get into accounts, data or systems you weren't given access to, or interfere with how they run;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer our platform.

Our website, platform and brand belong to Ellyonsoft. Your data stays yours; you give us the right to use it only to provide our services to you. Ownership of software we build for a customer is set out in that customer's agreement.

Our website and platform are provided “as is”, and we don't guarantee they'll always be available or error-free. Messaging channels depend on Meta's services, which we don't control. To the extent the law allows, Ellyonsoft isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas, unless the law of the country where you live gives you rights that can't be waived.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it.
